Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out capability assessments across the organization
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
- Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development
- Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadershrp programmes
- Driving a culture at continuous professional development and monitoring learning effectiveness
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Should be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management, Social Arts. or any other related field
- Must have PGD/Masters in HR .
- With a minimum of three (O3) years demonstrable experience in a busy and versatile plant setup.
- Advanced computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Access, Outlook) is desirable.
