  1. Dear admission team, My name is Christine Anwako, am an enrolled midwife from Jinja School of Nursing and Midwifery, registered midwife from Mulago School of Nursing and Midwifery, a diploma nurse from Mulago School of nursing and midwifery, a manager and a leader from Uganda Institute of allied health and management sciences, and a bachelors Nurse from International Health Sciences University. I currently hold a post of Senior Nursing Officer), but also, with 19 years of working experience in public institutions. 16 years in Mulago National Referral Hospital ( obstetrics and gynecology with hands on as an enrolled midwife and a nursing officer. Following the promotion to the level of a senior nursing officer, i have then served in the Ministry of Health Nursing department. Well i have just realized that, studying from the University not chartered blocks ones career progress. However, due to my experience in Midwifery from chattered institutions, i kindly request you to admit me for a master in Midwifery, because i have a passion of caring for mothers and their babies and my future plan is to develop the young generation through teaching. This is because i have always done it for medical students and they have appreciated while in clinical practice and experience. While in my midwifery registration i got D1 in midwifery and D2 in medicine for my diploma in Nursing. In the University, students treated me as a consultant where by i spent most of my time explaining for them what was not clear. I came to the Senate Building early Feb to make inquiries, but i was told that the time for advert was not yet known, However, to me the only University that i have opted to continue with so as to keep my doors open is, Makerere University. Please! for 2021/2022 intake. Thank you .
