Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To display company’s products to enhance visibility and maximize shelf space.
- To maintain and promote a very good relationship with customers, floor managers and all key stake holders in the outlets visited.
- To service all outlets as per routing schedule.
- To monitor customer needs, maintain a good customer relationship and grow our customer base.
- To add value to our brand and protect the image of the company.
- To work in close collaboration with the sales representatives, sales managers, and delivery drivers
- To report on any competitor’s actions..
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Sales and Marketing OR Business related field.
- Knowledge of Distribution and Retail chains.
- Two to three years of related work experience in an FMCG sector.
- Other requisites:
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to work odd hours.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment and self-driven.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- I.T proficient (MS Excel, Ms Word, Power point)
