Modern Vocational Training Centre-Loro

Modern Vocational Training Center was founded in 1998 by a volunteer group of youths who had acquired technical skills, teaching skills, apprenticeship and no vocational skills at all.

They were inspired by the spirit of voluntarism,search for self employment,the poor condition of the living environment and the despondency of the large number of School drop outs especially those who complete primary seven and secondary for education.

The Modern vocational training centre as the name suggests,was conceived to fulfill the inspiration of the founder to provide the facility which meets the needs of the school drop outs by imparting vocational skills to them.
