About US:

Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Africa is part of the Germany based foundation “Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung” (HRNS), a not-for-profit organization established in 2005. With the objective of promoting sustainable development, HRNS implements hands-on projects to improve working and living conditions of small-scale coffee farmers. Its activities concentrate on the economic and social development of producer communities by enhancing their competitiveness, forming and strengthening farmer organizations, creating better market linkages and promoting access to important support services, while at the same time promoting sustainable coffee farming and long-term use of natural resources.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a university degree in Social Sciences or other related fields
  • Post graduate qualification in M&E a must
  • A minimum of five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of agricultural related interventions
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data collection, entry and analysis using modern techniques
  • Strong knowledge in the use of CommCare will be an added advantage
