ISSA aims to build the capacity of key partners and systems so that they can better fulfill their mandates and roles in the marketplace. Through deliberate investments and a focus on direct service delivery, ISSA will address higher order systemic issues in public and private institutions in Uganda. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Advanced degree in economics, statistics, MEL, or relevant field
- Minimum of five years of experience working in MEL, including data quality assurance, economic and statistical analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies
- Ability to portray complex datasets in easy-to-understand formats, including visualizations
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing project Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plans
- Experience working with teams to collect and analyze information, identifying lessons learned to serve as a feedback tool to incorporate in activity implementation
