We are looking for 50 enthusiastic Sales Executives who are self-driven, target-focused, and ready to embark on a journey of career growth and financial independence.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, your role will be integral to our vision at ICEA Life. You will be taking on a financial and risk management advisory role, with your key responsibilities including:
- Identifying potential markets, scheduling meetings with prospective clients, and acquiring new business.
- Consistently achieving set performance targets.
- Ensuring excellent client relationship management.
- Maintaining strong industry knowledge and staying updated with pertinent facts.
- Being accountable for daily activities and reporting.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a Degree from a reputable institution.
- Possess previous experience in sales, research, or entrepreneurship (this is an added advantage).
- Have effective communication skills.
- Are excellent in networking and building relationships.
- Are open-minded with a trainable attitude.
- Are aged above 25 years.
Remuneration:
Our Sales Executives enjoy a competitive commission structure, with earnings on a monthly basis from both new and existing clients in the agent’s portfolio.
