Carefully read and understand the following information before you proceed with completing and submitting the application form.

∙This form is to be used only by applicants seeking admission into:

Diploma programs under the direct entry scheme and the equivalent entry scheme.

∙To be considered for the March/April intake, applicants must lodge their applications to the Office of the Academic Registrar at Mount Meru University (MMU) not later than March 3rd, 2017.

∙Certified copies of Certificate of Secondary Examination Education (CSEE) and academic transcripts (where applicable) must be attached to this form. Please note that uncertified copies of academic documents will not be accepted. At registration original certificates shall be required.

∙All academic documents in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

∙Each application must be accompanied by a Tshs 25,000/= application fee. Please pay this fee at any of the University‟s bank accounts shown at the end of this form and attach the bank slip together with the application form.

∙Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Admission Requirements:

Direct Entry into Diploma Programs

At least one principal pass and a subsidiary in appropriate subjects at the „A‟ level secondary school education examination;

Equivalent Entry into Diploma Programs: Applicants in this category must meet BOTH of the following requirements:

1.At least three credits or four passes in approved subjects including English Language at the “O” level secondary school education examination or its equivalent; and

2.A certificate relevant to the program applied for obtained from a recognized institution and with a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0, or its equivalent.
