NAKAWA VTI VISION:

To be the center of excellence in developing human resources needed by the dynamic economy.

MISSION:

To provide competence based training for national and international development.

OBJECTIVES:

To develop professional, technical and human resource skills and create opportunities for high quality.
To develop core skills e.g. communication skills, team work and problem solving.
To provide career guidance and counselling as young women and men move into the labour market.
To offer workers opportunities for continous learning to upgrade their competencies and learn new skills.
