Job Title: Help Desk Assistant

About US:
Hunger Fighters Uganda, is WFP Cooperating Partners for General Food Assistance in Nakivale/Oruchinga and Kyangwali Refugee settlements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all office clients and escalate concerns at a complex nature to the immediate supervisor for advice and guidance.
- Ensure all relevant information is in order to prioritize and resolve request is obtained and evaluated.
- Log, monitor and resolve routine client complaints, escalate to the immediate supervisor.
- Organize client’s feedback; raise any issues or concerns with the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure events, requirements are carried out by relevant team where required.
- Run reports and analyze help desk data as required.
- Manage day to day administration and filling as required.
- Participate in the performance development review (PDR) process as arranged by relevant authorities
- Actively support equality
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a High school Diploma or relevant qualification with two years proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skill.
- Excellent Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS office programs/Excel
