Job Summary:

As part of our expansion efforts in Uganda, we seek a dedicated marketing individual with a knack for (online) marketing. Based in Kampala, this role is pivotal in enhancing our presence in the market. Join our growing team and contribute to our mission in 2024!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing lead in setting up new marketing campaigns across various African countries, focusing on:
    • Streamlining campaign processes
    • Creating content for Meta and Google ads
    • Analyzing and reporting campaign performance
    • Enhancing campaign performance based on insights
  • Support the team on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok).

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Master’s student with relevant background and experience in (online) marketing.
  • Experience in housing or real estate is advantageous.
  • Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing.
  • Strong proactive and autonomous approach.
  • Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Google Ads.
  • Proactive and assertive mindset.
  • Experience with content creation.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new individuals and organizations via calls and emails.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
