Job Summary: The Customer Care Service Apprentice will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, primarily to clients seeking mobile phone loans. The role involves working in a call center setting and being trained in various aspects of customer care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Assist in market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Guide clients through
the application process and ensure the submission of required documentation.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Perform general office clerical duties and assist in office maintenance.
Key Result Areas:
- Achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues effectively during the first contact.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and understanding of company policies.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience of 3 months to 1 year is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English and Luganda, plus any other language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of organizational tools.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Capable of multitasking and willing to learn.
- Team player.
