Job Summary: The Customer Care Service Apprentice will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, primarily to clients seeking mobile phone loans. The role involves working in a call center setting and being trained in various aspects of customer care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about company products and services.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Guide clients through

the application process and ensure the submission of required documentation.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Perform general office clerical duties and assist in office maintenance.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience of 3 months to 1 year is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and Luganda, plus any other language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of organizational tools.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Capable of multitasking and willing to learn.
  • Team player.
