NUST Business School Management Departments
The Faculty of Management Sciences is largest in terms of students’ enrolment. The products of the programmes are essential in boosting the Namibian Economy and competitive since they are easily absorbed into the real stream of industry. There are several exist points within the four years study duration to all of our bachelor degree programmes as well as one year Honours Degrees, Certificates, and Diplomas.
QUALIFICATIONS OFFERED & DURATION OF PROGRAMMES:
The Department of Management offer the following qualifications:
• Bachelor of Entrepreneurship 3 years
• Bachelor of Business Management 3 years
• Bachelor of Human Resources Management 3 years
• Bachelor of Human Resources Honours 1 year
• Bachelor of Office Management & Technology 3 years
• Bachelor of Business Administration 4 years (phasing out 2020)
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SECTION
The Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Entrepreneurship are aimed at equipping students with knowledge and skills required in the corporate industry as a value-adding unit in a changing environment with the necessary competitiveness to survive in the global competitive industry.

• Bachelor of Business Management 3 years
• Bachelor of Entrepreneurship 3 years
OFFICE MANAGEMENT SECTION
The programmes offered equip students with the knowledge, skills and etiquette required to manage the modern office professionally and effectively. Our graduates become office and administrative managers, personal assistants, secretaries, executive assistants, office administrators, legal secretaries or public relations assistants.
QUALIFICATION OFFERED AND DURATION OF PROGRAMMES:
• National Diploma Office Management 2 years
• Bachelor of Office Management 3 years
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SECTION
The purpose of the programmes offered is to equip students with the required knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage human resources in any organization. The career prospects of the graduates are channelled through to various education, training and development positions or through specialised areas like industrial relations, career management, health and safety management or senior HR manage positions.

• Bachelor of Human Resource Management 3 years
• Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Honours) 1 year
