Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise site engineering activities for telecom in compliance with approved design, codes, and standards.
- Approve field engineering and construction documents related to telecom discipline.
- Provide technical support to construction teams for engineering-related topics.
- Liaise with engineering centers and manage site modifications and design changes.
- Manage telecom site technical queries and support commissioning team preparation.
- Ensure quality compliance and documentation by contractors.
- Assess and recommend on design deviations/change requests.
- Supervise work progress and report any issues to Engineering Manager and Construction Manager.
- Contribute to LPG detailed engineering supervision, pre-commissioning, and ICAPS items population.
- Monitor pre-commissioning progress and manage punch list follow-up and clearance.
- Ensure safety aspects of field engineering are maintained.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in telecommunication discipline in the Oil & Gas Industry, including construction/site experience.
- Team coordination experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Ability to work independently, manage changing demands, and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to challenge views of contractors and internal contacts.
- Valid Medical Certificate complying with company standards.
