Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Ecosqin e-commerce fulfillment and returns
- Good Liaison with Partners to ensure SLAs are met including on-time shipping and order accuracy
- Build and implement solutions for fulfillment issues including order mispacks and transit time delays
- Continuously improve cost, speed, and accuracy performance of our distribution network
- Conduct invoice audits, resolve discrepancies and lead credits management
- Own KPIs and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Develop and document a catalog of Ecosqin SOPs and best practices for each area of our operations
- Lead the field teams through expansion, business and environment changes as needed.
- Review eCommerce goals, metrics and performance with store leadership on a regular basis and partner in growing the Ecosqin business and overcoming roadblocks for growth.
- Work with Ecosqin CEO on launching innovative strategies and programs for ecommerce.
- Set and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, efficiency and service for our rapidly expanding business.
- Drive a culture of exceptional customer service within the frontline Ecosqin staff.
- Ensure operational compliance with ecommerce policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant subject
- Possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in finance, human resources, logistics, or administration officer/support level position with progressive responsibilities.
- Highly motivated, customer-obsessed, flexible to deal with constantly changing demands to drive improvements on behalf of Ecosqin customers in a fast-paced production environment.
- Passionate about e-commerce operations and Health & Beauty Industry
- Proficient in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, and information and budget management systems.
- Excellent Customer care, communication and interpersonal skills

- Good strategic, analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgment and decisions.
- Good relations management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively
- Ethical conduct in accordance with recognized professional and organizational codes of ethics
