About Healthy Entrepreneurs: Healthy Entrepreneurs is a social enterprise improving access to basic healthcare in rural and remote communities in Uganda and other countries. The organization trains VHTs or Community Health Workers as Community Health Entrepreneurs (CHEs), who then provide health products, services, and education to their communities.

Job Summary:
The Sales Department at Healthy Entrepreneurs Uganda is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals for various sales positions. The team is responsible for managing relationships with CHEs, boosting sales, maintaining smooth operations, and empowering CHEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow CHEs into successful micro-entrepreneurs.
• Boost sales and meet targets (orders, revenue, retention, loan repayment).
• Build trust-based relationships with CHEs and provide effective coaching.
• Maintain smooth sales operations and ensure diligent documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with warehouse and finance departments.
• Empower CHEs, facilitate growth through ordering and loan repayment.
• Report to Senior Sales Officer or Area Manager and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Education, Training, Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, or related fields.
• Fluency in languages such as Runyankole, Rukiga, Runyoro/Rutoro, Luganda, Luo, Lusoga, and English.
• Proficiency in computer software (ERPs/Odoo, Excel, MS Office/Word, Outlook Calendar).
