Job Summary:
The Shopper Marketer is responsible for creating must-have and focus Brand Shopper Marketing growth drivers across a brand/Category to deliver efficient and effective industry-leading Shopper Marketing Growth Drivers. The growth drivers developed must drive share, equity, and penetration growth, transforming growth drivers to be ‘channel’ ready and addressing all aspects of the ‘path to purchase.’
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of high-quality and scalable single brand Shopper Marketing growth drivers for execution, starting with strong insights.
- Deliver Inspiration and Toolkits that are ‘Channel Ready’ across countries for execution.
- Work with and manage agencies to set high standards and deliver the latest and best Shopper Marketing work in the industry.
- Deliver tools covering the full Path to Purchase, conforming to Physical Availability principles and M&E learnings.
- Control flexible resourcing work plans across all Shopper Marketing and Category Asset Creation teams, taking budgetary responsibility for ‘creation’ and agency selection.
