FIRST BATCH OF STUDENTS SELECTED TO JOIN UNDEGRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMMES FOR
ACADEMIC YEAR 2014/2015
The following applicants have been selected to join various undergraduate degree programmes for the 2014/2015 academic year
which starts on the 13th October, 2014. Candidates are advised to observe the following:
i. All candidates selected to join BSc. Environmental Science and Management, BSc. Education, Bachelor of
Tourism Management, BSc. Agricultural Education, Bachelor of Rural Development, BSc. Agricultural
Economics and Agribusiness, BSc. Applied Agricultural Extension, BSc. Range Management and BSc.
Informatics are required to report at the Solomon Mahlangu Campus (SMC) in Mazimbu directly from
Msamvu bus terminal.
ii. The rest will be required to report at the Main Campus (MC).
iii. All new students are required to participate in a mandatory orientation programme which starts on Monday, the 13h
October 2014.
iv. All candidates are required to download an invoice at www.suasis.suanet.ac.tz. Student information system
(SUASIS) can be accessed using a password sent through email accounts that were submitted to TCU duting
application.
v. Using the downloaded invoice students should pay the following fees before being registered through SUA CRDB
Bank A/C No. 01J1076769836. Fees that must be paid before qualifying for registration areas shown below:

vi. Accommodation is not guaranteed since there is limited space in University hostels. Students who will be
accommodated in university hostels will be required to pay Tshs 96,940/= accommodation fee for first semester
payable through CRDB after downloading an invoice for accommodation through a personal SUASIS account
using the login information as mentioned above.
vii. For details about the requirements for admission, registration as well as other relevant/useful information,
candidates are advised to visit the University website, Welcome to Sokoine University of Agriculture or telephone number 023 23 260 3511-
14/3679/4652).
viii. Any prospective student who is aspiring to be sponsored by HESLB will have to wait for loan allocation from
HESLB. The University is not liable to find sponsorship for any prospective student.
NOTE:
No student will be registered (or allowed to attend classes) without paying the mentioned fees in advance.
