About US:
Mbale Clinical Research Institute is a clinical research institute taking part in evidence based clinical trials, biomedical research, trainings and capacity building across East and Central Uganda. Currently running a number of studies on key research areas in health and medicine including REACH project, COAST, TRACT, PAC, FLACSAM, PMS project, TABS, and several other upcoming projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in bio medical laboratory technology or bachelor in medical laboratory science
- Registered with Allied Health Professional Council
- At least three years of experience carrying medical laboratory sample processing
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of laboratory technologist
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honesty and Integrity
- Fluent in English- written and spoken.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines, support team members and uphold team spirit
