Uganda Martyrs University August Intake 2016 : ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Certificate Programmes: Candidates must have obtained Uganda Certificate of Education with at least four credits at one sitting or its equivalent.
Diploma Programmes: Minimum requirement is a principle pass in the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education in the subjects relevant to the programme applied for, or a certificate in related field.
Undergraduate Programmes: Minimum of two principle passes in the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education obtained at the same sitting, or its equivalent. Diploma holders are also invited to apply. For all those applying for distance learning, relevant certificates are required. Deadline for receiving undergraduate application forms is 30th June 2016.
Postgraduate Programmes: At least a Second Class Honours Degree from a recognised University in
a relevant field or in exceptional circumstances, professional qualifications will be required. Candidates are required to pass the UMU Graduate Admission Test (GAT) and have at least two years of working experience in the relevant field. Deadline for receiving application forms is 27th May 2016.
Please note that the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) will be conducted by invitation.
All shortlisted applicants for: Master of Architecture (Professional) will be required to submit additional information in support of their applications, and will be required to attend an interview. Application forms can be obtained either from the Registrar’s Office at the Main Campus in Nkozi or Kampala Office at the Uganda Catholic Management and Training Institute, Rubaga. You can also find them from the Office of the Diocesan Education Secretary near you or UMU Campuses/Branches in Mbale, Masaka, Kabale, Fort Portal and Ngetta in Lira. It can also be downloaded from our website on www.umu.ac.ug. A non-refundable application Fee of UGX 30,000 for Undergraduates and UGX 40,000 for Graduates (excluding bank charges) should be paid on submission of the application form.

i completed a bachelor of science in agriculture in 2015 at mountains of the moon university (2012-2015), can i apply for the masters of agro ecology in uganda masters university, (experience of two years?) as a qualification, working experience that is needed.
