World Music day 2017: Call for auditions and stall registrations
Do you love music? Can you sing? If yes, then join the FNCC as one of the exclusive performers this year on the 24th of June as we celebrate the 22nd anniversary of World Music Day (WMD) in Namibia with concerts all throughout the country!
The FNCC calls on all talented singers who would love to join in on the celebrations of music to come and audition. Everyone is welcome, whether you already have stage experience or you’re a newcomer on the scene. WMD is a day that aims to celebrate music with all music lovers worldwide and is an excellent platform for upcoming artists.
As a tradition throughout the years this world-recognized day aims to solstice communities from around the world to celebrate Music. The concerts are free of charge and the participating artists from all walks of life perform for free, just for love of music. FNCC, in partnership with Total Namibia and Bank Windhoek, will this year again promote and support Namibian talent.
The one day music festival is an excellent opportunity for all upcoming and established artists, including all other willing performers to showcase their talent to a large and diverse audience. Artists of all genres are invited to register for participation; the application forms are available at the FNCC reception and can be downloaded online via www.fnnc.org.na. The registration deadline is Monday the 29th of May.
