Duty Station: Namanve Exquisite Solution Ltd, Uganda
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (8 AM-5 PM)
Reports to: Telesale Supervisor

About the Role: aYo Insurance Brokers Uganda – SMC Limited is seeking 15 dynamic Telesale Executives for its Call Center. The role involves selling life and hospital insurance to MTN customers over the phone. This position is ideal for candidates living in Namanve, Bweyogerere, Kireka, Mbuya, Mukono, Seeta, Namugongo, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging prospective customers to sell aYo insurance services.
- Following up and closing sales deals.
- Growing the company’s customer base.
- Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Setting up customers on aYo services.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Diploma from a recognized University.
- Positive attitude and good negotiation skills.
- Telemarketing/sales skills.
- Proficiency in English, with Luganda or other local languages as an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask while using a computer.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a sales-driven environment.
