Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Quality control manager in maintaining and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality management system.
- To supervise the timely sampling and analysis of in process quality control samples ensuring that all the samples are taken as per schedule and the process team is immediately informed of the results.
- To supervisor monitoring of the treatment process {Critical control point 1) ensuring that all material complete the treatment as per procedure.
- To ensure proper hygiene of staff and cleanness of the premises by engaging the sanitation team.
- Proper documentation and record keeping by ensuring that all the necessary records are completed and filed as required, both soft and hard copies.
- Making regular reports to the Quality assurance manager about any nonconformities observed in the operations
- In order to ensure the safety and quality of the product.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Chemistry or Food Science Technology, Microbiology.
- At least two years of experience in agricultural produce or Food and Beverage Industry
