Job Summary: The Female Driver will attend to any driving related work as per Job description.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Drivers will be responsible to the Transport Officer in the performance of the following duties:-
- Vehicles are to be kept clean and neat at all times.
- First parade shall be performed everyday before duty commences
- All maintenances issues and breakages shall be reported immediately to the Transport Manager.
- Drivers will at all times adhere to the traffic laws of Uganda.
- Drivers will at all times prevent any overloading of vehicles.
- Proper inspection of the vehicle and hand over of the vehicles between drivers is mandatory.
- Drivers will at all times be dressed according to the Company dress code.
- Drivers will assist the Transport Officer in any tasks given to them directly or indirectly.
- All drivers will attend a daily co-ordinating meeting with the Transport Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least two years’ experience in the field.
- Capability to work without permanent supervision.
- Valid driving permit and capable of safe driving will be a plus, compulsory
- Detailed CV required with previous working history
- Must be prepared to serve in any part of Uganda.
- National ID.
