Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The IT Technical Support must hold a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
- Certification in any of the following: CCNA, Cyberoam/Sophos Certification, MSCE
- One to two years of experience in IT support to clients in the field
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Oriented, Hard Working and Self Driven Individual
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN Set up and configuration
- Knowledge of firewall Configuration and support.
- Excellent command of the English Language
