TSA Uganda has been working since 1931 preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ while at the same time implementing community projects to lift people out of poverty. TSA Uganda seeks to recruit highly motivated and qualified individuals for a five 5 year Sustainable Integrated Development (SIDE) project to be implemented in Kiryandongo district with funding from NORAD through Digin.
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will provide effective leadership and management of the organisation’s operations by supervising and reporting on the activities and staff of the project in the region. He/she will be responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on all program activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a University degree in Social work and Social Administration, Development studies, Social Sciences, Education. Post graduate diploma in project planning is an added advantage.
- Five years of experience in working with NGOs or Middle level management.
