Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the preparation, review, renewal, custody and backup of various Agreements
- Maintain an up to date the contract schedule.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that the Company has contracts with all business partners.
- Conduct insurance placement by annual tender for insurance policies.
- Coordinate debt collection matters with External Counsel and provide updates to the Credit Committee.
- Provide Legal advisory services and Risk management.
- Participate in the deployment and implementation of the Group Compliance Programs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the TOTAL Legal Officer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
- Three years of work experience in a busy corporate environment.
- Computer literacy skills
- Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self motivated.
- Must have a proactive mind.
- Must have a high level of integrity.
- Excellent analytical, communication and report writing skills.
