Platinum Credit (U) Ltd has introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working in the Private Sector. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager will create and nurture a vibrant and productive sales team and coordinate all the sales & marketing activities in the region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Sales reps retention
- Ensure that there is growth in the number of Sales Representatives
- Ensure continuous and thorough training of Branch Coordinators, Team Leaders and Sales Representatives in collaboration with the Training Manager.
- Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in the branches under supervision.
- Achievement of sales, collections and recruitment targets.
- Sourcing for new business in the region.
- Generating sales reports for the region under supervision.
- Maintaining Regional inventory/assets according to the existing lists.
- Oversee office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate marketing activities in the region.
- Master and ensure the use of Marketing and Loan Processing systems in the region.
- People management regarding HR issues in the region via reports.
- Oversee the implementation of quality management system QMS in the region.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Platinum Credit (U) Ltd Regional Sales Manager job must hold Degree in a relevant field.
- At least four years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
- Computer knowledge.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
