Job Summary: The Sales Associate role is to build Careplus Health and Safety business activities. Responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create maximum awareness of Careplus Health & Safety Products and services.
- Make sales and meet sales targets set per month
- Initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the company
- Participate in the development of the Company sales strategic plan
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyzing sales options.
- Sell Careplus products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance as well as recommending new products and services.
- Any other responsibilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies and Arts.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales environment
- Possess excellent knowledge of Industry trend and customers; requirements with a proven track record in meeting and achieving sales targets beyond expectations.
- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Should have presentation, negotiation and prospecting skills
- Should be creative, independent and have the motivation for sales.
