Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve to client support queries.
- Train Clients on our services and solutions.
- Generate Client Daily support reports.
- Escalate unresolved Client queries to the General Manager for action.
- Work in Shifts (Include Day and Night shifts).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values.
- Client focused.
- God Fearing with Integrity / Sound Morals
- Good communicator in both written and spoken English
- Dealing with complexity
- Customer focused and results oriented
