Galaxy International School Uganda (GISU) is a co-educational school located in Lubowa, the school provides international education to students between 2 and 19 years of age. From kindergarten to year 13 students are taught using student-centered methods. Emphasis is on the development of the whole person by producing creative, self-reliant, respectful and moral individuals who will build a better world for us all.
Job Summary: The IT Technician is needed to be responsible for the management, maintenance and development of all IT equipment (hardware and software) and the provision of technical advice and support relating to ICT to GISU.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree is desired in the different disciplines.
- Have excellent subject knowledge and experience.
- Ability to work online.
- Successful international experience of teaching is added advantage.
We have a keen interest for candidates who have engaged in Professional Development, taught students from culturally diverse backgrounds and who have previously lived and worked overseas.
