Job Summary:  The primary responsibilities of this role include onsite service to support the installation, startup and instruction and acceptance of the machines & package & equipment; proactively to solve the related questions occurred during the equipment installation, commissioning and startup.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation

  • Communication with team leader and DF to prepare the task with all necessary documentation and preparation
  • Supervise and assist construction teams and suppliers onsite service engineer for machine position and assemble
  • Supervise and assist construction teams and suppliers onsite service engineer for machine for Setup equipment and perform mechanical checks
  • Record the daily job with time consumes, control the work progress and report the critical case and difficulty in time

Commissioning and startup

  • Prepare the intervention with necessary documentation and related information for the equipment commissioning and startup
  • Predication problem and troubleshoot during the equipment Site Acceptance Testing (SAT),commissioning and startup
  • Supervise and assist construction teams and suppliers onsite service engineer for Inspection and evaluation machine
  • List the parts to be repairs in order of urgency
  • Suggest the service to be applied by supplier onsite service
  • Record the daily job with time consumes, control the work progress and report the critical case and difficulty in time

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • Well experienced in Rotary-Machine(compressor,pump,offshore crane and packages) selection and engineering, strong assistance for the installation and commissioning & startup.
  • At least five years of similar experience
