We’re seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to manage and enhance our technology systems.

Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will be crucial in managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems, including ERP software. The role demands a goal-oriented professional with a strong technical background, ready to leverage their skills towards achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, addressing hardware/software issues.
Manage and optimize outsourced software, like ERP systems.
Troubleshoot network issues, ensuring IT infrastructure security and stability.
Conduct hardware maintenance, including diagnosis and component replacement.
Collaborate on IT solutions and enhancements.
Stay updated on IT trends to recommend system improvements.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with ERP administration, network management, and hardware maintenance.
Knowledge of data and cyber security best practices.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Aged 30-35 years, with remuneration negotiable.
