Job Summary:
Easy Housing is on the lookout for a dynamic sales intern to join our team and help us tap into Uganda’s market potential. This role is perfect for individuals with a fervent interest in sales, a willingness to immerse themselves in our innovative building concept, and a drive to excel in lead generation, client prospecting, and deal negotiation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming messages on WhatsApp for Business.
- Ensure diligent follow-up with clients from the initial contact to the signing of contracts.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities via social media, cold calling, and networking.
- Prepare and dispatch quotations.
- Arrange meetings with current and potential clients to discuss projects and contracts.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of all clients and leads.
- Represent Easy Housing at exhibitions and conferences.
- Regularly review sales, financial data, and customer feedback, and report findings to the team.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Educational background in sales or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of marketing and negotiation strategies.
- A keen interest in sustainable and affordable housing solutions.
- Quick learner and self-starter with a strong sales passion.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Luganda is an advantage.
- Must be based in Kampala.
