Job Summary:

Easy Housing is on the lookout for a dynamic sales intern to join our team and help us tap into Uganda’s market potential. This role is perfect for individuals with a fervent interest in sales, a willingness to immerse themselves in our innovative building concept, and a drive to excel in lead generation, client prospecting, and deal negotiation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming messages on WhatsApp for Business.
  • Ensure diligent follow-up with clients from the initial contact to the signing of contracts.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities via social media, cold calling, and networking.
  • Prepare and dispatch quotations.
  • Arrange meetings with current and potential clients to discuss projects and contracts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all clients and leads.
  • Represent Easy Housing at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Regularly review sales, financial data, and customer feedback, and report findings to the team.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Educational background in sales or a related field.
  • Profound knowledge of marketing and negotiation strategies.
  • A keen interest in sustainable and affordable housing solutions.
  • Quick learner and self-starter with a strong sales passion.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Luganda is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Kampala.
