Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Customer Care Executive should hold an associate degree
- A minimum of three years’ experience in customer care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience in analyzing information
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Must be available to work occasional holidays and weekends.
- Customer timely response
- Excellent computer skills
- Age: 24-28 years
