Job Summary: The Algerian Embassy in Kampala wishes to recruit a DISCIPLINED DRIVER, in perfect physical health and with a clean traffic record.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Experience in recognizing mechanical maintenance requirements of the vehicle
- Skilled in convoy driving. .
- Prior working experience with a diplomatic Mission/ International Organizations or VIPs is prerequisite.
- Defensive driver training is a requirement.

I hereby apply for the above mentioned post as appeared in job post. I want to work in your organization as a driver. I am a Ugandan, married with three children. Presently am working as a driver in Office of the chief Magistrate, s Kampala, Buganda road Court. I hold an ordinary school certificate of education from Kololo S.S.S which i attained in 1990. I got my driving permit in 1997 and I have the following classes: B, DM,DL,and CM respectively. I have never been involved in any accident. I have a good analysis to detect any fault or mechanical breakdown of a vehicle. I have good skills in driving motor vehicles. I enclosed my scanned copy of the driving permit for easy reference in the attachment. I will be very grateful if this application is put into consideration.
