Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from health care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Advocacy Assistant will map key stakeholders and their policies.
- The jobholder will also collect data using web resources, newspapers, meetings etc the incumbent will contribute to writing reports
- Assist the Regional Advocacy Advisor in analyzing information for all countries covered
- Propose advocacy avenues
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) Advocacy Assistant job opportunity should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/ Public Health
- Previous exposure and experience with HIV Civil Society Organisations
- Knowledge of French is an asset
- Computer literacy skills i.e. Word, Excel and internet
