RIHAM has grown into a well-known household brand over the years, and has greatly captured the support of the mass market. The brand currently operates a broad product portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, Juices, Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement all export strategies and activities to ensure adherence to all
- project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time frame.
- Create SWOT analysis for each integrated country.
- Organize all market plans to suit all customer requirements and monitor all specific
- transactions of all customers.
- Monitor all export sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and
- payments, resolve all customer issues.
- Execute the sales strategy set by the Sales and Marketing Director.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in international business/ Sales & Marketing.
- Five to seven years of experience in export and sales.
- Ability to pursue high standards of excellence in line with agreed policies and
- procedures.
- Must have knowledge of international contracts terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and
- trading regulations.
- Must have good communication and leadership skills.
- Languages required: Swahili or French, are a must and knowledge of English
