Job Title: Client Growth Consultant (Fresher Jobs)

Reports to: Branch Manager
About US:
Unifi is a fast-growing financial technology company currently operating in Zambia, Tanzania and South Africa and most recently Uganda. Unifi Uganda delivers personal lending products from branch-based channels, utilising internally generated software and lending products backed by internal IT and data analytics teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing activities
- Work hand in hand with the branch to meet new client targets
- Suggest creative direct marketing activities for the branch.
- Support the branch with all marketing activities.
- Attend branch morning meetings and work with the branch to strategize and ensure effective weekly marketing plans
- Run presentations and activations to drive Client growth.
- Seek new clients and develop clientele by working by networking and generating a list of prospective clients and follow up on leads.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Prior work experience in direct marketing and sales. A university degree is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organisational and multi – tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Result oriented, focused and confident.
- A team player with a customer – oriented approach.
