Medecins Sans Frontieres Switzerland (MSF-CH) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the request for support (RT) tickets (answering, commenting and managing the open tickets) with the support of the Supply Systems Referent if needed.
- If needed, participate to the implementation of UF in new project/mission
- Support to the daily support needs of the MSF missions with remote or on-site additional sup-port
- Dispatch of the unresolved bugs or questions to the HQ Referent
- Documentation of the support given to the users.
- Checking regularly the mission instances and reports the findings in order to improve data quality
- Maintaining a global overview on the most recurring issues faced by the missions and the missions asking the most for support to evaluate the support / improvement possibilities.
- Support to the training needs of the countries with remote or on-site additional trainings if needed.
- Will act as support helpdesk for all supply ERP users
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the MSF ERP Support Officer job placement should hold a University degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management and/or University degree or certification in Enterprise Resource Planning technologies and/or University degree/ diploma in Information Systems Management
- Previous experience in ERP implementation/support and Supply chain management is mandatory
- Experience in MSF supply chain at management level is an asset
- Excellent analytical skills, data management, reporting, data analysis and proactivity. Customer oriented
- Capacity for troubleshooting and solving complex issues, outstanding oral and written communication skills, Training development and facilitation skills
- Excellent organizational skills, rigour, flexibility, ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural people, open-minded, ability to listen and sensitivity to support users.
- The ability to focus on task (self-management), proactive monitoring and management skills.
- Language: English and French mandatory and Swahili an asset
