Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keenly monitor postings on critical accounts.
- Control and report on a monthly basis actual fixed costs versus budgeted data.
- Regularly analyse and propose areas of improvement to reduce fixed costs.
- Report delays in postings of monthly fixed expenses.
- Collect data for the budget.
- Prepare adhoc reports for management.
- Manage profit and loss cost center master data in SAP.
- Manage vendor master data in SAP.
- Manage and follow up on the investment budget.
- Participate in the monthly stock taking.
- Any other section activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the TOTAL Budget and Reporting Analyst job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Functional skills in Accounting and Microsoft packages.
- One year of work experience in a busy corporate environment.
- Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self motivated.
- Must have a high level of integrity.
- Must have good analytical, communication and report writing skills.
