Job Summary: The Sales Officer will conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop a customer base and get more RFQ opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop a customer base and get more RFQ opportunities.
- Formulate solutions and quote customers for RFQs and inquires, understand and apply pricing policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Marketing teams, to resolve customer complaints or disputes.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity.
- Account receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery.
- Collect and report customer feedback, assist in optimizing vendor resources.
- Other duties as required by supervisor.
- Ensure the client’s payment executed in time.
- Provide customer service for the best result.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have at least three years of logistics background in Logistics have client database and English speaking are plus.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills, sense of urgency with problem-solving skills.
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated to produce outstanding results.
- Willing to travel 30%, home and oversea.
