Job Summary: The Head of ICT is responsible for the information systems being used. Key focus areas include Maintenance of data integrity and accuracy testing of new updates and fixes, training users in IT systems, implementation of ICT policies, new products and system changes, provision and maintenance of reports, software and database management and ensuring IT support for all resource. The Head of ICT is also charged with the department strategy and budgeting.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Certificate in CCNA COMPTIA A+, CISM & ITIL
- At least six years of experience in the department preferably in a financial institution.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with those performing similar roles at peer group businesses and join any appropriate industry forums that will enhance job performance and understanding.
