Job Summary: To provide the day to day HR operational support to the organisation therefore facilitating the achievement of the overall goals
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage/Coordinate the Recruitment process end to end
- Organize new employee orientation, on boarding and training programs
- Manage the process of payroll preparation
- Regular reporting on HR Metrics to the Managing Partner
- Update of internal databases eg Leave, performance management records, etc
- Liaise with external partners/Vendors and ensure legal compliance
- Organise and maintail personnel records
- Coordinate the Performance Appraisal Cycle
- Provide Solutions/Answers to employees queries around HR related issues
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of experience in a Similar role
- Post graduate diploma in HR Management or equivalent is an added advantage
- Experience with HR Software or HRIS
- Good understanding of the Uganda Labour Laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Good organizational skills
