About the Role:

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes at Méstil Hotel & Residences. This role is key to promoting corporate values and enabling business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment is highly desired.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities.
