Job Summary: The Manager Enterprise Systems will be responsible for optimizing and improving collaboration systems and internal tools for IT systems resilience. The role involves developing strategic vision, managing enterprise system projects, ensuring integration of systems, and leading a team in system implementation and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for systems optimization and process improvements.
- Develop system roadmaps and business processes for new and existing enterprise systems.
- Manage the enterprise systems portfolio and associated projects.
- Collaborate with the IT team for system integration and project execution.
- Lead a team in implementing, upgrading, and providing technical support for system hardware and software.
- Review system process flows, integrations, and architecture.
- Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
- Report operational issues and progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain disaster recovery protocols and ensure system security and compliance.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications in IT and network security (e.g., CCNP, CEH, CISSP, ITILv3).
- At least seven years of experience in a commercial organization, with a minimum of two years at a supervisory level.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred.
