Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent C-Care effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the company service offerings leading to the acquisition of new clients.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making sales forecasts.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading sales team members, and ensure that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Develop a sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent leadership ability.
