MSc Studentships in Public Health
MSc Studentships in Public Health: The Centre for History in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) invites applications for nomination for the annual Master’s award in the History of Medicine.
The award is open to a student accepted for the MSc Public Health, MSc Public Health in Developing Countries, MSc Public Health Nutrition or MSc Health Policy, Planning & Financing who agree to follow an ‘historical pathway’ through the MSc.
This means taking the History & Health module in Term 3 and writing a dissertation on an historical subject for their Masters dissertation.
Funding and Eligibility
The award will provide full tuition fees at UK/EU rate and a living allowance.
The award is open to UK/EU and Overseas applicants, however, non-EU applicants will be liable for paying the difference between UK/EU and Overseas MSc fees.
Eligibility Criteria for the Award:
Preference for the award will be given to a student who can demonstrate initial training in history and/or a social science.
