Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator (Coffee) will coordinate efficient planning implementation, according to standard Industry controls and reporting. Supporting improvements and projects in line to achieve KPI’s targets, Industry goals and controls implementation in Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To coordinate operation planning with Managers
- To compile and report objectives progress for production, execution, warehouse, and quality department
- CAPEX projects planning follows up with Managers
- Fuel planning for Drying process
- To coordinate SOP’s adherence on place with Managers, filing evidence
- Food safety system progress reporting
- To compile and report KPI’s for Uganda operations
- Industry costing analysis participation
- Processing out-turns reports presentation
- Safety, Health, Environmental initiatives
- Sustainability projects involvement
- Industry controls planning and reporting
- Packaging supply planning
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an Industry, Food, Management, other engineering degree
- Experience in food industry assets
- Industry environment
