Job Summary: The Project Manager GSMA will coordinate the implementation of GSMA grant that focuses on providing improved energy access equipment (solar light/charging and fuel efficient cook stoves) to refugees in BidiBidi. S/he will closely work with key project stakeholders to ensure that project plans are effectively implemented, monitored and progress reports shared.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC International) Project Manager GSMA job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Community or Rural Development and business related field.
- A minimum of three years of working experience in livelihood programming, specific experience in micro enterprise development.
- Experience in market oriented livelihood promotion and other innovative approaches to humanitarian livelihood service delivery.
- Experience in project planning, implementation and reporting as well as tracking relevant livelihood promotion indicators in real time.
- Experience in promoting clean access to energy that can promote/protect environmental attacks by community.
- Experience in working in a refugee settlement and good working relationship build with local communities and groups.
- Fluency in written and spoken English language.
- High level of analytical, written and verbal skill, high level of integrity and accountability.
